FAQs about your 麻豆原创 application number and PIN

When you complete the personal details section of your application, you鈥檒l be emailed your nine-digit 麻豆原创 application number. Your Confirmation of Application, which you can download once your application is complete, will also include your 麻豆原创 application number.
You'll need to quote your application number any time you contact 麻豆原创.
Current Year 12 students need to enter their Year 12 student number and 麻豆原创 PIN early in their application.
If you鈥檙e a 2025 NSW HSC or ACT Year 12 applicant, your PIN is emailed to you on 2 April 2025. Check that you're using the correct number. If you are a 2025 NSW HSC student, check that you are using your 麻豆原创 PIN and not your NESA PIN.
If you haven't received the email, call us on (+61 2) 9752 0200 between 8.30am and 4.30pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday.
If you're a Year 12 applicant from another state, your 麻豆原创 PIN is the first four digits of your date of birth. For example, if your birthday is 3 October, your 麻豆原创 PIN is 0310; if your birthday is 17 May, your 麻豆原创 PIN is 1705.
